We offer various rental options, including the entire villa or specific suites in the guest house. If you wish to rent, please confirm your choice from the following options:
1. The entire villa
2. The Trouloulou suite with an integrated bathroom
3. The Paul suite with a reserved bathroom on the landing
4. The Paul room with a shared bathroom (with Virginie)
5. The Virginie room with a shared bathroom (with Paul)

Please inform us of your preferred choice of rooms or taxis. Your quote will be tailored according to your conditions of stay and the number of people. The pricing provided is an example and may vary depending on the length of stay and the season.

Please note that the minimum rental period is 15 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. The rates are based on four people, with a maximum capacity of seven people in the empty house or four people in the guest house. Additional charges may apply for more than four people.

During the low season (April, May, June, July, August, September), the pricing for an empty house is 1280 per month or 42 per day in our presence. During the high season (October, November, December, January, February, March), the pricing for a guest house is 1280 per month or 42 per day in our presence. For an empty house in our absence during the high season, the pricing is 1480 per month or 49 per day for four guests.

Please be aware that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared amenities. The owner's presence is possible and desirable, so please inform us if you have any preferences regarding the owner's presence during your stay. Please note that in 2023, the owner's presence is planned from August to February 2024.

For long-term rentals exceeding three months, a special rate of 1100 per month is available for a maximum of four people. However, please note that these rates are subject to slight increases depending on the length of stay and the season. Additional supplements may apply, such as a weekly rate (+2 per person per day) or a daily rate (+3 per person per day). A weekend rate of +30 per day for a maximum of six people is also applicable. Additionally, a mandatory weekly cleaning fee of +25 or a departure cleaning fee is required.

Please note that check-out time is 10 am, and check-in is expected from 2 pm for cleaning and preparations. Payment for any additional supplements should be made on-site with automatic agreement on the reservation.

"Welcome to our comfortable house with a Mauritian Creole aesthetic. This rental property consists of a suite and two bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are generously sized and come equipped with all necessary furniture including beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, dressing tables, and mirrors. The house itself is bright and spacious, with tasteful interior decor and colonial paintings.

Located just 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grandbaie Center, 2kms from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, and 5km from Pereybère Beach, this property offers easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. Additionally, it is only a 15-minute walk from the city center of Grand Baie. For convenient transportation, there is a bus station just 50 meters away with frequent and affordable buses available.

The rental property is fully air-conditioned and spans over 136 square meters, ensuring a comfortable stay. The dining room and TV lounge open up to a spacious terrace and an exotic garden. In the residence, guests can enjoy shared outdoor facilities including a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by mango and coconut trees, as well as other tropical plants. Two tennis courts are also available for use.

Within the rental property, you will find a well-equipped modern kitchen for your convenience. The inventory of fixtures includes all necessary appliances and amenities such as a washing machine, water heater, oven with plates, refrigerators, microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, and more. Additionally, there are ample storage spaces and closets in all rooms. Linen, towels, and other essentials are also provided.

Please note that any work or painting in the house is strictly prohibited. Guests are also requested not to change the locks without prior authorization. In case of any anomalies or issues, please inform the owner immediately.

A security deposit of 400 Euros is required to cover any potential damages or additional charges. This amount will be refunded within one month after deducting any necessary expenses.

The tenant is responsible for obtaining their own civil and damage insurance, while the owner has their own insurance coverage.

In case of non-payment or violation of any terms of the agreement, the owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request the tenant to vacate the premises.
