Auberge Les Liards is located in the picturesque natural regional park Livradois-Forez, known as the balcony of the Livradois due to its stunning views of the Auvergne volcano chain. Perched atop an ancient volcano at an elevation of 800m, the guesthouse offers magnificent vistas and unforgettable sunsets. The Livradois area is a hidden gem, characterized by rolling hills, charming villages, and peaceful valleys. It remains an authentic and undiscovered destination, where one can explore for hours without encountering another tourist. Instead, visitors will encounter nature's beauty, serene silence, and idyllic golden villages.

Our guesthouse boasts comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. We can also connect some rooms for larger families or groups of friends. With a total of four rooms, our establishment easily accommodates up to 16 people. Two of our rooms are located on the second floor of the main building, sharing a cozy sitting lounge. The other two rooms are housed in a separate building, affording breathtaking views of the Auvergne volcanoes. These rooms have been renovated using natural materials, and in the case of our newest room, the Nepal room, only natural and ecological materials have been utilized.

Imagine starting your summer mornings with breakfast outdoors, savoring the view and the melodious chorus of birdsong. Afterwards, you can visit our animals, including sheep, horses, donkeys, geese, rabbits, and even peacocks. Should you desire, we offer dinner options at our guesthouse, including the possibility of half-pension. Our kitchen primarily utilizes locally sourced products, always fresh and often organically grown. During the summer months, we organize concerts on weekends (from July 15th to August 20th, on Saturday and Sunday evenings), which take place on our terrace, weather permitting.
