Regardless of the season, La Faye provides an array of enchanting walks through the surrounding forests.

The spacious and comfortable lounge is a delightful place to unwind. Weather permitting, meals are enjoyed in either the garden or the covered yard. A Table d'Hôte is available three times a week, offering delectable dining experiences.

Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a washbowl, shower, and toilet for your convenience. Games, books, and literature detailing local activities and attractions are also provided for your enjoyment.

To reach Vertolaye, located between Thiers and Ambert, follow these directions:

1. Starting from Thiers, continue past Olliergues until you see the sign indicating Vertolaye.
2. A little further down the road, on your left, you will come across a junction with a sign indicating Vertolaye Centre.
3. Do not take the road to the center. Instead, continue approximately 50 meters ahead, between two houses, where you will find a small road on your left with a sign for La Faye.
4. Take this road, which is quite steep.
5. You will reach a T-shaped crossroad. Turn right at this junction, then take the left turn where you see a sign for La Faye.
6. This part of the road will continue to ascend even more.
7. Near the top, on your right, you will see a small farm with a cross. The house on the left, with a small front yard, is your destination.
8. Look for the recognizable glass logo on the house.
