The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Additionally, there is a downstairs cloakroom for your convenience. Stay entertained with free broadband WIFI, UK satellite TV, French terrestrial TV, and a DVD player. French doors lead to a terrace and garden, allowing you to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The first floor offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, making it perfect for groups of friends or families. There are two double rooms with king-size beds and two twin rooms. The gite is equipped with full central heating for colder months. Towels and bed-linen are provided, with beds made ready for your arrival. Beach towels are available for a small extra charge. Guests have access to a washing machine in the proprietor's utility room. The gite boasts a secluded garden and terrace overlooking a wooded river valley. The views of rolling hills, fields, and woodland are breathtaking year-round. The terrace is furnished with wooden garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. Sun loungers are available on the grass. To ensure the comfort of all guests, LHirondelle has a strict no smoking policy inside the gite, but provides an ashtray on the terrace for smokers.
