Description:

Description for B&B:

We are located in the Limousin region, close to two medieval towns and a fascinating tourist area that includes ancient caves, Roman cities, lakes, and rivers for water sports and fishing. Landmarks and major cities are easily accessible within a half-hour drive, with convenient access to the motorway that is free all the way south to Breve. Our location is ideal for a stopover or as a base for exploring the center of France, being halfway between Paris and Toulouse and a six-hour drive from Calais.

Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with connections for computers and phones. The showers are shared between three rooms, and there are additional toilets and showers available in the house if needed. We have a strict no-smoking policy, but provide a smoking shelter in the park and designated smoking areas around the grounds and next to the snack bar.

The snack bar is open daily from 10:00 until the last customer is served, and the restaurant is also open throughout the day. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the house or outside in the restaurant. Tent reservations are accepted, and we offer accommodation near the house with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. Prices for the house can be found on our website, and payment can be made by card, check, PayPal, direct phone payment, or cash.

Pets are welcome, but owners are fully responsible for their pets and any additional cleaning charges that may be incurred. Dogs must be kept on a leash for the comfort of other guests, and there is always water available for dogs in the park near the snack bar. We have musical instruments available, and often host informal evenings of singing and music either inside the house or outside around a fire. Handmade jewelry is also available for purchase from Valerie at the snack bar.

Visitors are invited to meet our gentle Icelandic horses and observe our chickens. We have two cats who love the chickens but are not allowed inside the house. Parking is ample, so there is no need to book in advance. Reservations can be made by phone and confirmed with a deposit paid by check or PayPal on our website lescinqroutesbbcom. We are fluent in French and English and can manage a few words in German. For more information, please contact us through our website, by phone, text, or email. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Description for Gite

Welcome to our guesthouse located in Central France, conveniently close to two medieval towns and surrounded by a fascinating tourist area. Here, you can explore ancient cave dwellings, Roman towns, and enjoy water sports and fishing in the nearby lakes and rivers. With easy access to the motorway, which is free all the way to Breve in the South, our location is perfect for a stopover or as a base to explore central France.

Our rooms are simple and clean, equipped with Wi-Fi, television, welcome tray, towels, and work surfaces with sockets for your computers and phones. The showers are shared between three bedrooms, with additional toilets and showers available in the house if needed. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but we provide a smokers' shelter in the grounds, complete with tables and even umbrellas. The snack bar is open all day from around 10 am until the last customer is served, and the restaurant offers all-day dining. Breakfast can be enjoyed inside the house or in the restaurant, and we also offer tent accommodations upon reservation.

Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that you take full responsibility for them and their behavior. Dogs must be kept on a lead for the comfort of other guests, as some may have dog phobias. We have had instances where dogs were not on a lead and resulted in an attack on another dog. Water for dogs is always available near the snack bar.

In addition to our accommodations, we have musical instruments available for guests to enjoy informal evenings of singing and music either inside the house or around a fire in the grounds. We also offer local produce for sale and hand-made individual jewelry by Valerie at the snack bar. Feel free to visit our gentle Icelandic horses, as well as our chickens and two cats. Please note that the cats, just like the chickens, are not allowed inside the house.

Parking space is plentiful, so no reservation is necessary. Bookings can be made over the phone and confirmed with a deposit (one night or 50 euros for longer bookings) paid by cheque or through our website using PayPal. We are fluent in both French and English and can manage a few words in German. For further information, please contact us through our website, phone, text, or email. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
