The house boasts a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area with a fireplace that also provides heat recovery, four comfortable bedrooms (including two with double beds, six with single beds, and one with a baby cot), as well as a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a hydromassage feature. There are also two separate toilets for your convenience.

Situated on an enclosed 800 m² plot of land, the property features a 50 m² terrace, half of which is dedicated to a swimming pool. Additionally, there is a garage available for your use. The house has been meticulously renovated to preserve its authentic charm, with beautiful stone walls, a traditional bread oven, and stunning wooden features such as French ceilings, exposed timbers, and wooden floors.
