With its south-facing position, you can enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding area from the 140 m² property. The house boasts a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area with a fireplace that also provides heat recovery, four comfortable bedrooms (including two with double beds, six with single beds, and one with a baby cot), as well as a bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a hydromassage feature. There are also two separate toilets for your convenience.

Situated on an enclosed 800 m² plot of land, the property features a 50 m² terrace, half of which is dedicated to a swimming pool. Additionally, there is a garage available for your use. The house has been meticulously renovated to preserve its authentic charm, with beautiful stone walls, a traditional bread oven, and stunning wooden features such as French ceilings, exposed timbers, and wooden floors. Directions to Chalmazel in the Rhone-Alpes region of France, specifically in the Loire department:

- Departure from Clermont-Ferrand:
- Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
- Continue on the county road until Noirétable D1089.
- Follow the directions to St-Jean-la-Vetri, Jeansagnière, and then D101 towards Chalmazel.
- Turn right 2 km before reaching the village of Chalmazel.
- Take the paved road on the left (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the village.
- Once there, follow the cemented path on the left to reach your destination.

- From Lyon:
- Take the A7 motorway towards St-Etienne, then continue on A72 and exit at Feurs.
- Follow the D1089 departmental road (towards Feurs) until Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, approximately 6 miles before reaching Chalmazel, take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Continue to the center of the village and take the cemented road on the right to arrive at your destination.

- Through Roanne:
- Take the D8 road towards St-Germain-Laval until you reach Boen-sur-Lignon.
- After 2 km, turn left onto the D6 road towards Chalmazel.
- After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, approximately 6 miles before reaching Chalmazel, take the paved road on the right (Dimini).
- Proceed to the center of the hamlet and follow the cemented path to reach your destination.
