Description:

Description for B&B:

Our house is conveniently located in the heart of Broye village, just 200 m away from the bakery, grocery store, and hiking trails. The room itself opens up to a peaceful south-facing terrace at the back of the house. It is a cozy suite measuring 35m², featuring a comfortable 140cm bed, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hot plates for your convenience. The lounge area is centered around a wood stove and includes a TV. Breakfast can be enjoyed in our garden or dining room.

For horseback riders, we have a spacious meadow of one acre where horses can be accommodated. We also provide baby equipment such as a cot, high chair, bath, changing mat, and baby carrier, as we have our own two children aged 6 years and 2 years.

Our B&B is situated in Broye, Saone et Loire, only 15 km away from both Autun and Le Creusot, in a quiet village close to the Morvan region. The B&B is located in a building adjacent to our house, which was once a village café and forge. We have restored it with a warm and friendly wooden ambiance. Upon request, we offer a table d'hôte option, serving meals with organic products from the Morvan region. We source our ingredients from local producers on a weekly basis. We also provide the option to prepare a meal to warm up in your room or for a picnic during the appropriate season.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including numerous hiking trails starting from Broye, as well as opportunities for walking, biking, and visiting nearby attractions such as Autun, Mont Beuvray (archaeological museum), and the Creusot with its glassware park and valleys. There are also various sports and cultural activities available nearby, such as windsurfing, climbing, paragliding, fishing, and more. We are experienced in mountain biking (downhill and dirt) and windsurfing, and we can provide guidance for exploring the area. We even have a trial ground for amateurs and offer introductory sessions for mountain board, Trailskate, ripstick, and freemoove.

The rates for our B&B are as follows: 45.00 EUR for one person per night, 50.00 EUR for two persons per night (with an additional 5 EUR for children). We offer a 5% discount for stays of 3 nights or more. Dinner is available for 13 EUR per person, and warm meals are available for 9 EUR. If you'd like to rent a mountain bike, the cost is 10 EUR per day or 6 EUR for a half-day. We also offer horse accommodations for 10 EUR per day.
