Beautiful and charming 40m2 house, spread over two levels, located in the fortified medieval village of Berre Alps. This serene retreat offers a tranquil atmosphere and boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Situated at an altitude of 700m and just 20km away from the vibrant city of Nice, it offers a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility, nestled between the renowned cities of Cannes and Menton. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the Parc du Mercantour, allowing for easy exploration of the stunning natural surroundings.The first level of this cozy abode features four bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and an attached shower room. Moving up to the second level, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a sofa bed and a charming fireside room. Entertainment options include a TV, DVD player, and HiFi system.
The house also offers a unique feature - a vaulted independent balcony cave, measuring 25m2, providing an enchanting space for relaxation.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these travel directions: From CONTACT, take Exit A8. At the second traffic light, turn left onto No. 55 NICE. Continue straight on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers. At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204. Drive for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE". At "COL NICE", turn left onto R & D Management 215. Proceed for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes. Look for the sign indicating the "Path Meingarde" and turn right onto the "Way of Meingarde" (a dead end road). Follow the sign and continue to the end of the road. Turn left at the square and the destination will be the first house on the right, identifiable by a black wrought iron gate.
