Located just 2km away from the village, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views and a serene natural environment where the only sounds you'll hear are those of nature - no cars or noisy neighbors to disturb your peace. The highlight of the property is its large swimming pool, which boasts a stylish infinity design.

There are two separate bed and breakfast units, each with its own independent access. The first unit, called "Lou Castellas," is located on the first floor of the Villa and can be reached via an external staircase. The second unit, known as "Les Lucioles," is a standalone annex-maisonette. Both units can accommodate up to four people and are equipped with a bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and Wifi internet. Linen is also included for your convenience.

Each unit has its own private outdoor space, complete with a garden table and chairs right outside the entrance. As an added bonus, the "Les Lucioles" unit features an external covered kitchen that is fully equipped for your culinary needs.

The village of Breil sur Roya is situated in France, near the stunning Park Mercantour and the Italian border. It is conveniently located just 20km away from the coast and its beautiful beaches, and a short 35km drive will take you to the picturesque ski resort of Limone in Italy. If you prefer public transportation, there is a train station in the village that provides connections to Nice in France, as well as Cuneo and Ventimiglia in Italy.
