We offer three spacious rooms in a stunning detached house situated on a secluded 3500 square meter property, nestled at an altitude of 600 meters and surrounded by serene mountains. Located just 20 kilometers from the vibrant city of Nice, our location is the perfect balance between the tranquility of the mountains and the beauty of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The renowned Mercantour Park is also within close proximity, as well as the popular destinations of Cannes and Menton. Each of our rooms features a private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a communal living room with a cozy fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player. In addition, there is a terrace with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. Parking is available on-site. Furthermore, the surrounding area boasts numerous medieval villages, many of which are dog-friendly.

This stunning stone lodge is located at an altitude of 600m on a spacious 3500m2 olive tree-filled property. Surrounded by majestic mountains, it offers an unobstructed and breathtaking view, providing absolute tranquility. Positioned between the sea and mountains, it is conveniently situated only 20km from Nice, and is in close proximity to Cannes, Monaco, and the Mercantour National Park. The lodge features a large terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as ample parking. The kitchen is beautifully designed with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a cozy wood stove. Additionally, there is a comfortable sofa bed. The spacious mezzanine area includes a double bed, making it perfect for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, or those seeking to explore medieval villages. The lodge accommodates up to 4 guests and linen is provided. Dogs are also welcome. Prices range from 350 to 490.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:

- Take Exit A8 and head towards No. 55 in NICE.
- At the second traffic light, make a left turn.
- Continue on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers.
- At the end of the highway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS.
- Follow Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE".
- At "COL NICE", make a left turn onto R & D Management 215.
- Drive for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes on the road labeled "path Meingarde".
- Look for the sign indicating "Way of Meingarde" on your right (dead end).
- Follow the sign and continue to the end of the road.
- Turn left at the square and the first house on the right, which has a black wrought iron gate, is your destination.
