Description for Gite

The Moulin de Saint-Germain is a charming retreat located on a sprawling estate, nestled by a picturesque trout stream and bordering the enchanting forest. The Miller's Cottage, a detached house with an adjoining barn, offers a cozy and private stay. Situated across from the mill, which is owned by the landlord, this quaint accommodation spans two floors. The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly flows into the inviting living area. Ascend to the first floor to discover a bedroom with two 120cm beds and a spacious bathroom complete with a toilet. On the second floor, you will find another bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and a wood stove (wood available at an additional cost of 35 euros per cubic meter). The property features a sprawling open garden that stretches along the riverbank (please note that the area is not enclosed). Parking facilities are available for your convenience. Additionally, we offer a small 35m2 cottage, perfect for 2 to 3 guests. Located in the adjacent barn on the first floor, this cozy space features a large room with a comfortable 160cm bed. The ground floor hosts an open kitchen area, a small room with a single bed (90cm), and a bathroom with a toilet. Across from the cottages, a separate guest house awaits, offering a bathroom, toilet, and a beautifully furnished living room within the historic Mill Bread Oven.
