From our cozy basement flat in a charming, centuries-old Tuffeau house, you can easily explore Tours and its surrounding tourist attractions. As your friendly neighbors, we will gladly share hidden gems, scenic walking trails, and recommend must-visit wine cellars. The flat features a south-facing private terrace in the courtyard, where you can unwind and soak in the sun. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom/living room, and a high-quality convertible sofa that offers ample space to dance to your favorite tunes playing through our hi-fi sound system.

We provide the option of bed linen, towels, and tea towels for a small fee of six euros per person per stay. Families with babies and young children are more than welcome, as we offer a crib, high chair, and child-friendly crockery.
