Description:

Description for B&B:

The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004. Situated on a peaceful street in the heart of Villeneuve sur Lot, this guest house is divided into five rooms, accommodating up to four people.

On the ground floor, you will find the Salle Bastide, a living room with a kitchen, a laundry room, and an inner courtyard adorned with plants.

Moving up to the first floor, the Choisy room is available for two people, overlooking the tranquil courtyard. The Bastérou room is also located on the courtyard side and can be rented separately or together with the Choisy room, thanks to a convenient communication door. Additionally, the Plaisance room, featuring a sitting area, is situated on the street side and can accommodate two people.

Ascending to the second floor, the Gajac room is positioned on the street side and is suitable for two guests. The Parasol room, also located on the street side, can comfortably accommodate two to four people and includes a sitting area. Similar to the first floor, there is a communication door between the Gajac and Parasol rooms, allowing for separate or joint rentals. Lastly, the Bourgade room, a small attic space, is designed for one person and must be rented alongside another room, as it does not have a bathroom.

Each room boasts a cozy and individually styled decor and is equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC, kitchenettes with an electric stove, fridge, and sink, as well as a selection of crockery and utensils. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a TV, stereo/CD player, interphone, and WiFi access.
