Welcome to our charming 19th century house, situated on a historic medieval site. Since 2017, we have lovingly renovated our bedrooms to provide you with utmost comfort during your stay.

Each of our bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with a double bed (160x200) and can accommodate 1 to 3 single beds. Additionally, they come with private bathrooms and separate toilets. From the windows of our rooms, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful Agen countryside. Despite the tranquility of our location, we are conveniently located less than 15 minutes away from the center of Agen. Moreover, the Sainte Marie de la Garde Monastery is just a short 5-minute walk from our property.

As parents of three children ourselves, we have ensured that our house is child-friendly. Exploring the surroundings, participating in egg hunts in our chicken coop, and taking a dip in our pool are all part of the daily activities that your little ones can enjoy.

To start your day off right, a delicious breakfast is included in the room price and will be served in our cozy dining room. We take pride in offering local and homemade seasonal products to tantalize your taste buds.

Having deep roots in the Agenais region and a strong passion for its culture and history, we are more than happy to share our knowledge and guide you on a captivating journey through Lot and Garonnais. We have insider tips that we would love to share with you.

Our rates are as follows:
- 50 per room per night, with an additional charge of 10 per person (children in travel cots stay for free)
- 60 per room per night, with an additional charge of 10 per person (children in travel cots stay for free) during July and August

While we do not provide dining services, we do offer a catering option for your convenience.

We gladly welcome animals as long as they do not climb on the beds and can peacefully coexist with our cats and chickens.

Experience a unique stay at our enchanting gite, where each room has been thoughtfully decorated to reflect the rich history of the site. Our spacious rooms, ranging from 20 to 25 square meters, offer ample space for relaxation. Complete with a private toilet, separate bathroom, and storage area, our rooms ensure utmost comfort and convenience.

For families traveling with children or babies, we gladly provide the option to add an extra bed upon request. Additionally, we are fully equipped to accommodate young children, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable stay for all.

Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a range of amenities, including a comfortable 160 x 200 bed adorned with fresh sheets. Additionally, you will find between 1 and 3 cozy 90 x 200 beds for your convenience. To create a cozy atmosphere, tables and bedside lamps are also provided. For those seeking a warm beverage, a kettle and a delightful selection of teas await your enjoyment.

Rest assured that your comfort is our priority, as bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay.

Propriétaire super sympa, très accueillants, chambres familiales très bien pour une famille dommage pas de climatisation car faisait chaud mais mais il y a la piscine super sympa... petit déj copieux...je vous recommande à tous de faire un tour....

Très bon séjour à l'Oustalnéou. La maison est toute refaite, de grands espaces et un petit déjeuner excellent. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et n'hésitent pas à prendre le temps avec leurs invités

Accueil très chaleureux. Couple et enfants charmants. Chambre impeccable, très propre, joliment décorée. Repas et PDJ excellents et très bons. Cadre bucolique et calme. A recommander absolument !!! Tellement subjugués, nous avons réglé un peu plus que le prix initial !!!

We can provide transportation to either Agen train station or La Garenne airport.

If you are coming from Toulouse via the highway, take the exit at Valence d'Agen and then follow the signs for Agen. Once you reach Agen, turn right onto the Lamartines road and head towards Bon Encontre. From there, follow the instructions below.

If you are coming from Agen, take the direction towards Toulouse and then turn left onto the Lamartines road towards Bon Encontre. From there, follow the instructions below.

Starting from Bon Encontre on the Lamartines road: Take the first exit at the roundabout onto the right side, and then continue on the D269 road, passing through Saint Amans. Keep following the road and follow the signs for "SAINTE MARIE DE LAGARDE". Once you pass in front of the monastery, continue on the road for 500 meters, and you will find the guest house on the left side, just after a road junction.
