Directions
The "Les Bouffards" location can be found in the middle of the Sologne forest, situated between Orléans and Bourges. To reach this destination from the A71 highway Orléans / Clermont-Ferrand, take exit n°3 Lamotte-Beuvron. Upon exiting the highway, turn right and proceed towards Lamotte. At the second round crossing on main road N20, make a right turn towards Bourges/Vierzon. After traveling 500m, turn left onto the road D923 towards Brinon sur Sauldre/Aubigny. Continue for 8km until you reach a sign indicating "Département du Cher". Keep driving straight for another 2 km. When you reach milestone n°2 at the end of a long straight road, just before a left curve, you will notice an earth lane on your left with a signpost stating "Les Bouffards 1.5km". Drive over the Sauldre canal, then take a left turn before a small pond where wild ducks and herons may be seen. Pass in front of a guard house and a large old restored farm on your right. Continue straight ahead until you reach a gate facing the lane. Enter the property by driving through the gate and proceed towards the Castle on the right side.
