From our villa, guests can revel in the awe-inspiring vistas of vineyards and medieval monasteries, while also being within reach of the mesmerizing coastline and delectable cuisine offered at local restaurants. Serving as an ideal starting point for exploring the Tuscan countryside, guests can embark on unforgettable excursions on foot, horseback, or by renting one of our bicycles. Upon request, we are more than happy to organize bike excursions for our guests.

Experience the ultimate comfort and relaxation in our charming gite. With three spacious bedrooms boasting en suite bathrooms and TVs, as well as the delightful Apartment Lolita in the loft, accommodating up to six guests, we ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Apartment Lolita features a double room, two sofa beds and/or children's beds, a generous lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment options including SAT-TV on a large screen with a DVD and VHS player. Warm up by the large fireplace during cozy evenings.

Start your day right with a delectable breakfast or enjoy a light snack amidst the enchanting trees and roses in our refreshing garden. Indulge in a variety of local specialties, including a wide selection of cheeses and salamis, home-grown fruits and vegetables, as well as freshly baked tarts, pies, and homemade bread. The villa boasts a spacious terrace offering breathtaking views, perfect for unwinding, and a vast garden with a swimming pool, complete with deck-chairs, sunshades, and a barbecue for your convenience.
