Description for Gite

Le Logis de MAJOLO is a 3-star stage lodging and subsistence for 26 people. The premises are equipped with fire prevention devices that comply with the standard for establishments receiving the public of the 5th category (ERP5). Each of the 7 bedrooms has a bathroom with an Italian shower and a cupboard. Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed, and 2 cots are also available.

On the ground floor, the accommodations include:

- A lounge area with a television, Hifi system, sofas, and a coffee table.
- A dining room with a fireplace, tables, benches, and crockery for 50 people, as well as 2 restrooms.
- A kitchenette with a 3-light induction hob, forced air oven, sink, worktop, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils.
- A laundry room with a stainless steel sink, drainer with 2 bowls, shower, professional dishwasher, and waste storage.
- A laundry room with a 9 kg washing machine, 7 kg dryer, iron and ironing board, sink, and vacuum cleaner.
- A double bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, 2 side tables, a console, and a cupboard.
- A computer area with web access and WiFi.

On the first floor, the accommodations include:

- Two 3-person bedrooms with a 140 x 190 bed, 2 side tables, and a single bed measuring 80 x 190.
- Two 4-person bedrooms with a 140 x 190 bed, 2 side tables, and 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 190.

Outside, there is a parking lot with 10 spaces, a 5 x 10m pool with a safety area that is not accessible for disabled individuals, a 40 m2 terrace with a barbecue, Tivoli, tables, chairs, and benches, and a fenced wooded area with a shelter for horses.

To make a booking, we require a certificate of holiday insurance established by your insurer and a deposit of € 600. The security deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, minus the cost of any necessary repairs.
