The house features a lovely terrace where you can relax in the shade or soak up the sun. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace next to the kitchen, perfect for dining al fresco.

Spread across three floors, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a laundry machine in the laundry room. The kitchen opens onto the dining area, and the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is adjacent to the dining area.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, each featuring mosquito nets for added comfort. The house also includes one bathroom, one shower room, and a separate WC. Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning at the end of the stay is available for an additional fee of €60.

Welcome to Cotignac, a charming village located in the heart of Provence. Our beautiful house, built in 1850, is nestled in its own valley with stunning views of the vineyards. Just 500 meters away, you can explore the lovely village of Cotignac (83570).

Relax and unwind on our lovely terrace, where you can bask in the sunshine or find shade under the trees. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious covered terrace perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

Our house is spread over three floors and offers all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine for your convenience.

The kitchen opens onto the dining area, creating a seamless space for gathering and enjoying meals. The living room, adjacent to the dining area, is furnished with two very comfortable sofas where you can lounge and relax.

There are three bedrooms in the house, two with double beds and two with twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets for your comfort. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

We provide bed linen and towels for your stay. At the end of your visit, a cleaning fee of 60€ will be charged. A deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee is required, with the balance due one month before your arrival.
