Description:

Description for B&B:

I am offering a cozy 12m2 bungalow room with direct access to the garden in a contemporary home located in a residential area in Marly Valenciennes. The property is just 5 minutes away from Valenciennes city center and offers a serene green setting with views overlooking the Valley Rhônelle. Additionally, the house is conveniently close to Valenciennes Aulnoy, a university town.

This is a homestay arrangement with foster care, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. You will have your own private bathroom and toilet, spanning 6m2 in size. As part of the package, I provide various amenities and services such as access to a washing machine, satellite television, use of the family computer in the garden, access to the terrace, bicycle storage and loan, parking, free ADSL telephony within France, and use of the community kitchen.

If needed, I can also offer to pick you up from Valenciennes train station and provide assistance with certain tasks. I am happy to provide tourist and cultural advice during your stay. Moreover, breakfast is included in the package, and upon request, I can offer you a bowl of soup for dinner. I am looking forward to welcoming you!

PS: I have additional rooms available on the upper floor, which can be offered at favorable conditions, particularly for traveling employees.

J'ai débaptisé notre hôte en l'appelant
" Manimouche " !!!
