While the house has been modernized, it still retains its old-world charm and ambiance. The well-furnished rooms offer a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for guests to enjoy.

Start your day with a delicious continental breakfast, and on select evenings, indulge in a delightful dinner accompanied by a fine glass of wine. Guests also have the option to use the self-catering facilities or explore the local restaurants in the area.

The property boasts a spacious garden, a meadow with friendly animals, and an enchanting old orchard filled with apple, pear, and nut trees. Additionally, there is a small campsite with 15 spaces nestled within the orchard. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the new swimming pool on-site, or take advantage of the numerous lakes in the Charente for a leisurely swim.

Welcome to our charming Gite, which was once the humble abode of a farm dating back to 1795. While it may not boast luxurious amenities, it exudes a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Despite its compact size, it provides all the necessary comforts. The Gite features a petite yet functional bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, while the bedroom houses a comfortable double bed. Additionally, our second Gite, situated on the first floor, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. To enhance your experience, we invite you to explore our garden, where you will discover a delightful 30m2 "garden house" complete with a kitchen, table, sofa, and fridge.

Directions

To reach St Germain de Confolens, follow the road from Bellac to Confolens. As you approach, you'll come across a bridge over the Vienne River, which leads you into St Radegond. Take the first road on your left, which is the D71. Continue driving for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will find us on the right side of the road.
