This renovated studio-style chalet is located on the slopes, facing south-west, in the heart of the resort. Situated on the 6th floor with an elevator, it offers a panoramic view. Adjacent to the mall and cinema Péclet, you can conveniently pick up your slippers in the morning. A free shuttle service is available for transportation within the resort. The studio has been completely refurbished this year in a charming old wooden chalet style, with all the amenities being brand new. We place great emphasis on cleanliness and require guests to leave the studio in impeccable condition. The satisfaction of all tenants throughout the season depends on compliance with this commitment. The studio can accommodate up to four people, with a sofa bed in the main room and two bunk beds in the entrance area. The bed area is separated from the rest of the studio by a wooden sliding door, ensuring privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, pressure cooker, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. The bathroom is also newly renovated, and there is a separate toilet. The studio features a balcony with a veranda decorated with old wood, as well as a ski locker for storing equipment securely. Entertainment options include a TV with a DVD player and cable channels. Although our studio is not officially classified, the pictures speak for themselves in terms of its quality. The rental period is from Saturday to the following Saturday, with check-out at 10 am. The rates include water and electricity and are supported by a high standard of rental service. To secure a booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the rental amount, as well as a 400 euro deposit (to be refunded after the studio is inspected by the next tenant, provided no damages are reported). Additionally, a check for the local tax payable to the Treasury (0.90 euros/day/person) is required. Upon payment of the deposit, we will send you a lease agreement. The rental rate ranges from 450 EUR to 800 EUR per week. Linen is not provided, so guests are responsible for bringing their own. We speak French and Italian.
