Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Our villa, built in 2023, is nestled near the beautiful "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and is just a short distance from the stunning coastal path (GR34). With the ocean on one side and the Bay of Quiberon on the other, our villa offers a perfect retreat.

Situated on Rue de la Baie, a quiet dead-end street, you'll find yourself surrounded by the serene beauty of the sea and the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Conveniently, all the amenities you need are within walking distance, including a supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, and bistro.

Our villa holds a prestigious 4-star classification for furnished tourism. It is a separate building from the guest rooms but shares the same grounds.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room (50 m2), laundry room, toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180cm). Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers, while the third bedroom has access to a bathroom with a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.

The villa boasts a swimming pool exclusively for your use, heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October. The pool has a consistent depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 X 3.50m). It is covered by a retractable sliding shelter, allowing you to swim even when the weather is cooler. The shelter is secured by a key and meets the NF P 90-309 safety standards.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, providing the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The garden is fully enclosed, ensuring your privacy. Additionally, there is ample parking space for three vehicles, and electric recharging is possible from a standard outlet.

Please note that at present, our accommodation is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

Our price is inclusive, covering bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, and taxes. The beds will be made for your convenience. Depending on availability, guests staying in our villa can borrow equipment such as paddles, surfboards, kayaks, or bikes.

With a minimum stay of 5 nights, immerse yourself in the beauty of the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Situated on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead end leading to the sea (Bay side) and the renowned Kercroc oyster farms, our villa offers convenience at its best. All essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, press shops, restaurants, and bistros are within easy walking distance.

Our villa proudly holds a 4-star furnished tourist classification, ensuring exceptional comfort and quality. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an elegant Italian shower.

Upstairs, three double bedrooms await, each featuring luxurious 180cm king-size beds. Two of the bedrooms boast their own private bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom (180cm bed or 2x90cm beds).

Indulge in the luxury of our private swimming pool exclusively reserved for your enjoyment. The pool is heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October and has a uniform depth of 2.10m across its entire surface (7 x 3.50m). Covered by a retractable sliding shelter, you can even swim with the shelter closed during the mid-season, ensuring your utmost comfort and safety (secured by key and compliant with standard NF P 90-309).

Relax and unwind on our inviting terrace, complete with comfortable sofas, sun loungers, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue area. The enclosed garden guarantees privacy and tranquility, while the parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles, with the possibility of electric recharge from a standard outlet.

De l'accueil à notre départ, notre séjour s'est merveilleusement déroulé. La maison est parfaite, propre, fonctionnelle, agréablement décorée. L'emplacement permet de se déplacer à vélo ou à pied pour les courses de tous les jours et de se rendre facilement, en voiture, aux points d'intérêts de la région. La piscine a fait le bonheur de la famille même lors des jours pluvieux où la protection a été bien utile.
C'est un endroit que nous conseillons vivement pour un séjour en famille.
