Located in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, this charming villa, situated at the entrance of a hamlet just 2 km from Plan de la Tour, offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people and is classified as a 4-star tourist property. Set in a serene green environment, surrounded by the soothing sound of cicadas, guests can unwind in the expansive 2,500 m2 garden filled with lush trees and flowers, or take a refreshing dip in the mosaic swimming pool, measuring 11 m x 5 m. The pool, adorned with a small waterfall, is heated from April to November.The air-conditioned villa provides a tranquil and cozy atmosphere, with a sauna for added relaxation. It features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom, consisting of a spacious bathroom and three shower rooms. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and four toilets in total. The well-equipped kitchen and elegant crockery allow guests to prepare meals with pleasure. The air-conditioned living room, complete with a fireplace, along with the American-style kitchen and abundant natural light, create a warm and inviting ambiance.
A delightful shaded terrace with a marble table, accommodating up to 10 people, is the perfect spot for enjoying a barbecue and dining al fresco while overlooking the swimming pool. The villa also offers baby equipment including a bed, high chair, bathtub, bath seat, stroller, and suitable crockery for the convenience of guests with infants. For the safety of children, the garden is fenced, and an alarm and removable barrier are in place to prevent access to the swimming pool.
Linen can be rented upon request, and the villa is meticulously cleaned with disinfectant products between each rental. The rental price for linen is as follows: 8 euros for a pair of single bed sheets with pillowcases, 12 euros for a pair of double bed sheets with pillowcases, 5 euros for a towel, 6 euros for a towel sheet, 8 euros for a pool bath towel, 1 euro for a glove, and 1 euro for a tea towel. If the house is rented for more than a week, the laundry can be washed without any change in price.
