Welcome to "The Poulvelleries," a charming cottage located in the picturesque Perigord black region. This tranquil retreat is surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful escape. Despite its serene location, you will be conveniently close to the bustling town of Sarlat and its array of shops and amenities. Additionally, you will find yourself in the heart of the Black Perigord region, surrounded by renowned tourist attractions.

The cottage, situated within a beautifully restored barn, spans an impressive 92 m² and can comfortably accommodate between 5 to 7 guests. It boasts a fully-equipped interior, including two bedrooms furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a single bed (90 cm), and a sofa bed (140 cm). The cottage also features modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, grill, and a television.

Outside, you will discover a delightful park complete with swings and a ping pong table, perfect for enjoying some outdoor recreation. Additionally, a charming terrace awaits, complete with a barbecue, providing the ideal setting for al fresco dining and relaxation.
