Located on its own entrance from a peaceful lane, Murier Blanc offers ample parking for up to three cars in the front drive. Surrounding the property are deep shrub borders and a spacious tiled area, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The front and far side of the villa boast well-maintained lawns, bordered by a hedge that has been thoughtfully maintained to preserve the breathtaking views of the valley and distant hills.

Inside, the villa is thoughtfully arranged, with a large open plan American style kitchen, dining, and sitting areas at the heart of the property. The bedrooms are situated on either side of this central space, providing two distinct sleeping arrangements. One side features two double bedrooms, which can be arranged as twins or doubles, separated by a spacious shower room. On the other side, the master bedroom with en suite shower room offers French doors that lead to the covered terrace at the front of the house, allowing guests to fully enjoy the stunning south facing views. All bed linen and bath towels are provided, along with luxurious LOccitane bathroom amenities.

The well-equipped kitchen can be accessed through the back door and includes a small utility room with a fridge freezer, washing machine, and microwave. The kitchen itself features a dishwasher, ceramic hob cooker, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, and more.

The dining area showcases a substantial French style rustic table with six chairs, creating a charming ambiance. Beyond this, the seating area offers two large linen covered sofas, a coffee table, and entertainment amenities such as a TV and CD/DVD player. Large patio windows allow guests to fully appreciate the stunning views. From this area, a door leads to the covered terrace, complete with a large glass topped table and six chairs, perfect for dining in any weather.

Just beyond the garden, a short flight of steps leads to the main pool, which boasts a sun deck, loungers, parasols, and a boules court on one side. Although the pool is technically shared with approximately five other houses and two apartments, it is rarely crowded, as many of the other accommodations on the site have their own small pools.

The entire site is meticulously maintained and features an excellent restaurant and a charming boutique hotel with a spa, where guests can book rejuvenating treatments. The spa includes a hamman and Jacuzzi, ideal for those visiting during the early spring or late autumn when the outdoor pools may not be available.
