Description:

Description for B&B:

Canel is situated amidst 20 hectares of organic farmland, ancient woodlands, vineyards, plum orchards, and stunning panoramic views. With a rich history of farming, the chateau has nurtured cows, calves, chickens, and eggs, as well as cultivated vines and produced wine, plums and prunes, flour, and bread. Currently, we have three adorable cats roaming the grounds, and in the upcoming summer, we may add chickens to provide fresh eggs for a delightful breakfast.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served on the charming courtyard terrace, where you can relish in the picturesque sight of the bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. In the evenings, unwind and take in the beauty of the starry sky in this tranquil setting.

Each bedroom at Canel offers a private bathroom complete with a shower and/or bath, along with amenities such as a hairdryer and various toiletries. We provide all the necessary bed and bath linen, as well as towels for your convenience by the pool.

Our inviting swimming pool is open every day, allowing you to indulge in refreshing dips whenever you desire. For the little ones (and the young at heart), we have a spacious trampoline and a table-tennis table set up in the barn for endless entertainment.

If you wish to savor a delectable meal, we offer a full 3-course dining experience upon reservation. Additionally, any night of the week, we can provide a delightful selection of cheeses and/or cold meats, accompanied by freshly baked bread and local wine.

Canel resides between Domaine de Lancement, a renowned local independent winemaker, and Vin du Tsar, a well-established wine cooperative, both of which consistently receive prestigious awards.

Rooms at Canel start from an affordable rate of 47.50€ per night, while our scrumptious meals are priced at 18€ each.
