Description for B&B:
Welcome to our bed and breakfast, B & B, where Alain and Christophe extend a warm and inclusive welcome to all guests. Our 1920 brick house showcases a typical Parisian garden and offers a dedicated floor exclusively for guests. This floor consists of two separate rooms, each equipped to accommodate two people, as well as a bathroom conveniently located on the same floor. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable amenities such as parquet wood floors, fireplaces, and necessary furniture. For breakfast, guests have the option to enjoy it either in the cozy living room or, weather permitting, in the charming garden. Additionally, free WiFi access is available for all guests. The third bedroom, with a private bathroom, is located on the ground floor for added convenience.
Alternatively, we also offer comfortable and fully equipped studios for rent in the second district of Paris, with a minimum stay requirement of one week.
Our guest rooms are situated in the "countryside in Paris," a rare area in the 20th district that still retains the charm of houses with gardens and old-style paved streets. This green oasis is highly sought-after for its proximity to shops and transportation options. With a short subway, bus, or bike ride, guests can reach the center of Paris in just 15 to 20 minutes.
Alain has managed these bed and breakfast accommodations since 2008, offering guests a newly restored house that provides the necessary comforts and tranquility after a day of exploring the capital city. Guests on the first floor can enjoy the privacy of their own space in two bedrooms, one facing the garden and the other featuring a small balcony overlooking the street. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently located next to the rooms on this floor.
Please note that the owners reside in their private apartment on the second floor. On the ground floor, guests have access to the living room and kitchen, both of which open onto the garden and terrace, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
We look forward to providing you with a memorable stay at our bed and breakfast or our fully equipped studio in the heart of Paris.
