The nearby attractions include Durban Castle, dating back to the twelfth century, followed by Château d'Aguilar Tuchan and several other Cathar castles located just a few kilometers away, such as Quéribus, Corbieres, and Abbey Fontfroide.

The beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is located 80km from the village, while Perpignan and Narbonne are 40km and 50km away, respectively.

For sports enthusiasts, Durban and its surroundings offer ideal opportunities for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding.

Moreover, it is even possible to spend a day at the Spanish border in La Jonquera or Perthus, or even venture to Barcelona.

For mountain and ski lovers, a day trip to Font Romeu and Les Angles, just two hours away from Durban, can easily be arranged.
