Welcome to "Au fil de l'eau," a charming and completely renovated 17th-century cottage situated just a few kilometers away from the City of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. Both of these sites are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, making our cottage an ideal base for exploring these historical treasures.

Nestled at the entrance of Montolieu, a picturesque book village, and overlooking the tranquil river, our character cottage offers a truly enchanting setting. Step inside to find a cozy living/dining room adorned with a fireplace and a comfortable convertible sofa. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a beautifully carved stone vault and a large bay window that opens onto a sunny terrace of 30m2. From here, you can bask in the magnificent views of the river and the garden.

The cottage features two double bedrooms, each furnished with a 1m60 and 1m40 bed respectively. The bathroom is equipped with an authentic bathtub, an Italian shower, and a WC. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI connection, enjoy a delicious barbecue on the terrace, or challenge your friends to a game of petanque. For those seeking relaxation, take a dip in our swimming pool or try your hand at trout fishing right on our premises.
