This charming stone house with a medieval tower is located on the Pilat plateau, just 25 km from St Etienne and 80 km from Lyon and Le Puy. Situated within a beautiful park, the house is attached to the owners' residence. The ground floor, with a separate entrance, spans 63 sq. m and features a cozy living room/kitchen area, a lounge area with a fireplace and original wainscoting, and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is vaulted and accessed through a tower staircase, and the beds include one double bed and two 120cm wide beds. The house also includes a convenient shower room and amenities such as a DVD/CD player and central heating. Additionally, guests can enjoy a private 300 sq. m garden. The owners have meticulously restored the property to preserve its historical charm, giving it an authentic feel of an old manor house. All necessary shops can be found nearby.
