Welcome to "MARINES LAND" guest house, a modern and luxurious accommodation situated near Cap Blanc Nez and the Channel Tunnel. Our goal is to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautifully decorated environment, designed to ensure the well-being of our guests.With its spacious layout exclusively for guests (180m2), the guest house offers large windows that provide breathtaking views of the fields and surrounding countryside. Guests are welcome to relax in the living room and enjoy their own private terrace.
In addition, our guest house is environmentally friendly, utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar panels and geothermal technology.
With four well-equipped rooms, each featuring its own bathroom and toilet, our guest house can accommodate up to nine people. Whether you are planning a week-long stay or longer, we offer special rates for guests who wish to feel at home while shopping or traveling.

Merci à M. et Mme Martel pour leur accueil si chaleureux et renouvelé ... Nous avons quitté Terres marines ce 29 mars 2014 après notre 3e visite, sans jamais un regret mais avec des rires dans le coeur et un beau panel d'informations tant tourstique que gastronome des la Terres des 2 Caps. Maison située dan sun quartier résidentiel, calme. Espace hôte privatisé (nos accueilants occupent une autre partie, bien distincte, de la maison). Chambre impeccable, de belle taille et décorée avec goût. Lit double en 160 ou lits jumeaux (selon la chambre), Parking à l'arrière de la maison.
Entrée privative. 2 chambres au rez et 2 chambres à l'étage. Petit déjeuner copieux, davantage brunch ... Plus besoin de repas de midi ... Alors, faites comme nous, n'hésitez plus !

Directions
To reach Terres Marines, follow these travel directions: After exiting at 39 A16 (Boulogne Calais), drive for approximately 1km. Once you reach the village, make a left turn at the first intersection. Ignore the "no entry, only for residents" sign and continue straight ahead. Terres Marines will be the last house on your left, facing the fields.
