The main living area is located on the first floor and offers a sunny south and eastern facing view of the countryside. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, while the spacious living room features two sofas, one sofa bed, an armchair, a fireplace, TV, and Hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a double bed, and one with two single beds. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet.

Additional amenities include a basement with a washing machine and a table tennis room. The garden (130m²) provides a lovely outdoor space with a barbecue for guests to enjoy. Other features include a mobile phone card and wifi access. The house is heated by oil-fired central heating, with a cost of 1.00€ per liter. Firewood is kindly provided. Electricity usage beyond 8 kwh per day is charged at a rate of 0.08€ per kwh. Bed linen, towels, and housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
