Welcome to our countryside retreat where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Although we don't have TV, we do offer WiFi so you can stay connected if needed. Instead of screens, we provide a vast and beautiful park spanning 12,000 sqm, filled with magnificent trees that are over 100 years old. Depending on the season and time, you may even catch glimpses of rabbits frolicking in our garden, a shy deer, ducks, pheasants, and occasionally our migratory stork.In our fully restored building, we offer two private and comfortable bedrooms for your ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in our shared room, or if you prefer, you can dine on the terrace or relax on the shaded lawn in the park.
Don't worry about feeling isolated here - our countryside experience is far from boring. We are located less than 15 minutes away from the stunning beaches of the Côte de Jade, and there are scenic cycling routes along the Loire River. For the adventurous, Saint-Viaud offers a unique water elevator in Loire-Atlantique. Furthermore, we are well-versed in the rich history of the region and can provide you with recommendations for tourist routes, family-friendly parks and attractions, as well as great spots for drinks and meals.
Our room rates are 60 per night for 1 or 2 people, and 75 for two people with a child under 12 years old. We offer a discount of 55 and 70 from the third night onwards. Please note that the child's age is not as important as their size, as the bed width is 80 cm.
Rest assured that our guest rooms comply with all legal requirements. Our prices include a homemade breakfast, bed linens, duvets, and towels.

Excellent accueil
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans les chambres d'hôtes des trois étangs en avril 2019. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil remarquable de la propriétaire. Les chambres sont très agréables et calmes. Nous recommandons.
