Description for B&B:

Fréderique and Jacques were captivated by the charm of this architecturally stunning 1950s house nestled in the heart of the Minervois region. They saw its potential and decided to transform it into a beautiful guest house.

Situated on the outskirts of a historic village in the upper Minervois, just a stone's throw away from the medieval city of Carcassonne, this house offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the surrounding fields adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and the majestic backdrop of the Alaric and Pyrenean mountains.

To ensure your stay is comfortable, there are three air-conditioned and uniquely designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. For those seeking a more romantic and unconventional experience, there is also the option of staying in "La bohème," our authentic Prague caravan.

Fréderique and Jacques, former art gallery owners, will proudly share their collection of contemporary sculptures and artwork with you during your visit.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a magnificent magnolia tree, and you can take a leisurely stroll through the park under the shade of towering cedar trees, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We offer the option of a "table d'hôte" meal, where you can savor authentic local delicacies such as foie gras, farm-raised poultry, and fresh trout from nearby streams, paired with the finest wines the region has to offer, including Minervois and Cabardès.

Our three bedrooms are each uniquely decorated to reflect different themes and can accommodate varying numbers of guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort.

The "Clos du Moulin" provides a private parking area for guests, and bicycles are available for those who wish to explore the tranquil country roads surrounding the village.

Breakfast is a delightful experience, with homemade pastries and jams served on the terrace or in the veranda from 8:30 am, allowing you to start your day in the most pleasant way possible.

Description for Gite

Immerse yourself in the spirit of travel and adventure with the timeless charm of a caravan. Even in stillness, it beckons you to embark on a journey of escape, where every dream is embraced. Throughout history, caravans have held a sacred and revered status, symbolizing a cherished abode. In fact, it was customary in ancient Indian culture to burn caravans upon the passing of their owners. As a result, caravans from the early 20th century have become exceedingly rare.

Introducing "The Bohème," an authentic Prague caravan from the 1920s, exuding an atmosphere of authenticity and wonder. Adorned with rich oiled oak paneling and adorned mirrors, it offers a haven of comfort and tranquility, allowing you to indulge in a truly extraordinary and enchanting stay. Adjacent to this splendid caravan, an inviting chalet awaits, boasting a serene wooden terrace, providing modern conveniences such as a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet facilities.

Nestled beneath the shade of majestic trees in a serene park, the Boheme caravan offers an idyllic sanctuary for those seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation.
