Description for Gite

"Stop your search for a holiday cottage in Guadeloupe! Lamatéliane Estate, a delightful destination for family vacations, couples, or friends, is the perfect holiday retreat in Guadeloupe. Its convenient location allows you to easily explore both Basse Terre and Grande Terre without lengthy travels from your accommodation. Surrounded by picturesque banana plantations, sugar cane fields, and pineapple farms, and located next to the oldest distillery in Guadeloupe, Lamatéliane Estate offers a green sanctuary that promises a stay filled with comfort, tranquility, and independence.

For your Caribbean getaway, our estate, highly recommended by Routard and Petit Fûté since 2008, features four wooden cottages inspired by Creole architecture, nestled within a lush 3000 m² garden. It is a true seaside haven for relaxation. The cottages are fully soundproofed and double glazed, and each one offers a kitchen that opens to a terrace through a hatch. They also include an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a ventilated and air-conditioned living room that doubles as a second bedroom with three single beds and one or two single sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements. Each cottage is equipped with a TV, DVD player, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Families with babies will find our cottages accommodating, as we provide a complimentary full kit for their convenience.

The Caribbean charm is beautifully captured in the decor, featuring vibrant and warm colors. Each cottage boasts a private covered terrace of 20m², which connects to the kitchen and living room. Additionally, the estate offers a pool area with a secure deck, a hut, and sun loungers for your relaxation. Guests have access to a BBQ, free WiFi, private parking, and nearby shops. Linens are provided, and each cottage has its own washing machine. Cleaning services are also available upon request.

To further assist you in planning your stay, we offer 360° virtual tours, photos of the cottages, rates, and booking options on our website: www.lamatelianecom."
