OUR ACCOMMODATION
Our main house features four bedrooms and a dormitory, while the recently restored bakery offers a cozy space for families or small groups, accommodating up to four people. This detached home boasts a south-facing terrace with stunning views of the pond, bathing in sunlight throughout the day. With accommodations designed for small groups and a focus on respecting our guests' privacy, La Lipomerie ensures a fulfilling stay.

OUR AMENITIES
During your stay, we strive to cater to your needs. LA PETITE MAISON: THE OLD BAKERYIdeal for four guests, this charming little retreat offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a bathtub. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the smaller bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The house can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. Enjoy the abundant sunshine on the terrace, which comes with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Minimum stay requirement is 2 nights, with a housekeeping fee of 50 euros.
Weekend rate: 175 euros per night
Weekday rate: 120 euros per night
Full week rate: 850 euros

It can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and one child. A minimum rental of 2 nights is required, and breakfast is included.

DIRECTIONS
For car travel:
Take the A13 N12 highway towards Dreux, then continue towards Verneuil l'Aigle Moulins-la-Marche.
Distances:
To reach Deauville, take the highway which will take approximately 2 hours from Paris, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Deauville, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Le Havre.
For train travel:
On the Paris Montparnasse-Granville line, you can stop at either Surdon (15 minutes) or l'Aigle (25 minutes).
For bike travel:
You can follow La Veloscénie, a bike path that connects Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel, which passes through Le Perche. For more information, visit the Veloscénie website or the site for Voie Verte Alençon-Condé-sur-Huisne. It is also possible to combine train and bike travel by taking the Paris-Le Mans line or through Granville. Get off at the Condé station, which provides direct access to the Voie Verte.
