We offer comfortable apartments equipped with modern amenities such as TV, TNT, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wireless Internet. Each room also includes a personal safe for added security. Our location is conveniently situated just 100 yards away from the bus stop, and we provide free bikes for your convenience. Additionally, we are only a 3-minute walk from the subway, railway station, and airport shuttle.

Our apartments are available for weekly rentals, with prices starting at 340 Q1 for a 30m2 apartment, 400 for a 40m2 T2 apartment, and 460 for a spacious 60m2 T2bis apartment. Final cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 60 per apartment.

For your comfort, we offer various optional services including bed linen rental for 20 per pack (including sheets and towels), garage parking for 6 per night, and convenient on-site catering, beauty, and hairdressing services.

To make a reservation, we accept payment via cheque, bank transfer, or cash. A 30% deposit of the total rental cost is required.

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS:
If you are coming by train, the residence RIAD is just a 3-minute walk from the train station. If you prefer to come by car, Toulouse has direct motorway links to major capitals in both Europe North and South. You can take the A61 to Carcassonne, Montpellier, and Barcelona, the A62 to Montauban, Agen, Bordeaux, Limoges, and Paris, the A64 to Foix, Lourdes, Bayonne, and San Sebastian, the A68 to Lavaur and Albi, or the A66 to Pamiers, Foix, and Andorra.

For those coming by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is just a 15-20 minute taxi ride from downtown. It takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus to the train station, which is also a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. The round trip costs 4 euros and the return trip is 6 euros.
