Description: This spacious and comfortable cottage offers a generous living space of 80m².

Interior: On the ground floor, there is a dining room and an open plan kitchen/lounge area, covering 45m². The lounge area features a sofa bed (160), a cozy fireplace, and comfortable armchairs (2). The kitchen is well-equipped with a storage unit, refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, pyrolysis oven, mixed plate (4), and dishwasher. Entertainment options include a color TV with DVD player. The cottage is equipped with electric heating, and a telephone with France Telecom card access is available. A cellar houses a private washing machine, dryer, and a cumulus (250l) for hot water storage. Additional storage space is provided by freezer shelves.

The first floor features a bedroom with a small balcony and a south-facing terrace, covering 25m². The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160) and offers ample storage space with a desk and shelves. A cot is also available for families traveling with a baby. The private bathroom is equipped with a sink (vanity), bidet, bathtub, separate shower, and WC.

Telephone services are available on-site, including a landline telephone. Satellite dish and cable demodulator are subject to staff and board approval, providing access to a variety of channels in addition to the usual ones.
