Within a short 5-minute stroll, you will reach the vibrant Place de l'Horloge, while the Palais des Papes, Doms garden, and Avignon Bridge are just a 10 to 15-minute walk away. The Théâtre des Carmes, Théâtre des Halles, and Théâtre du Balcon are also conveniently within walking distance, ensuring easy access to the city's rich cultural, nightlife, and social scene.

Augustin's large house offers all the necessary amenities to comfortably accommodate a group of 8 to 16 people. The spacious living room, located under the roof, features a large dining table personally arranged by Augustin, along with two convertible sofas. Additionally, guests can avail themselves of three bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.

The kitchens come equipped with a refrigerator that includes a freezer section, a microwave oven, a mini-oven, a ceramic hob, various tea and coffee makers (both electric and French press), kettles, complete crockery, kitchen utensils, and a range of other essentials such as a corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven-safe dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. There are a total of 18 chairs available for dining.

The large living room is furnished with two convertible sofas (140 × 190), two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, a reliable WI-FI connection, a table with six chairs (plus an additional table to accommodate larger groups), and a school desk stocked with games for children.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, there are a total of 16 beds. These include two double beds (140 × 190) in a separate bedroom, one double bed (140 × 190) with two single beds (90 × 190) in the bridal suite, and four double sofa beds (plus an extra bed if required).

Each bathroom is equipped with a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. Additionally, guests can request an iron, an ironing board, a cot, or an extra bed (80 × 190) if needed.

For added convenience, the following amenities are provided exclusively for guests: coffee, tea, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, shower gel, soap, towels, and sheets.

Lastly, Augustin's large house happily welcomes animals.

Directions

The accommodation is a 12-minute walk from Avignon center train station.

For those arriving by car, there is the option to park at the Italiens car park and then take a free shuttle bus to get closer to the accommodation.

Alternatively, you can park at the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. However, please note that there is a fee for parking here, with rates of 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day.

If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage first, you can take the route "Thiers" and then turn right onto "Paul Sain" until you reach the rue du "Portail Matheron". The accommodation will be just 50 meters away from there.
