Our rooms are situated either within our historic farmhouse or in a newly renovated outhouse adjacent to it. Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, measuring either 160 cm or 180 cm in size, and features a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are designed as "family rooms," ideal for accommodating 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. These rooms have been tastefully furnished with antique pieces, while the bedding has been thoughtfully selected to ensure a restful and tranquil night's sleep. Additionally, we provide catering facilities within the rooms, allowing you to enjoy tea or coffee at your convenience.

Description for Gite

This charming gite comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is situated in a separate building adjacent to our beautiful farmhouse. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen corner. Additionally, there is a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, you will find two inviting bedrooms; one furnished with a comfortable 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Furthermore, we offer bike rentals for your convenience.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:
- Start at Paris and head towards Bordeaux-Nantes motorway.
- Once you reach the Saint Arnoult toll, take the direction towards Rennes-Le Mans.
- Exit the motorway at "La Ferté Bernard".
- From La Ferté Bernard, continue towards Bellême until you reach Saint Germain de la Coudre (D 36).
- In Saint Germain de la Coudre, take the direction towards Bellou Le Trichard.
- After approximately 4.5 km, turn left where a sign indicates "Lauseraie" along with other farmhouse names.
- Drive for 500 m to reach your destination.
