Located just 300 meters away from a stunning beach and surrounded by picturesque pine forests, this charming studio is situated on the first floor of a small residence within a private village. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay, while having the convenience of a private parking space.The studio itself is a bright and spacious 24m² space that has been completely renovated in 2020. Upon entering, guests will find a large wall cupboard, equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The living room area features a retractable bed for two people (measuring 140x195) as well as a sofa bed (measuring 140x200), providing comfortable sleeping arrangements. There is also a dining area for enjoying meals.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk-in shower (measuring 140x80).
The studio is conveniently located near cycle paths and is just 2 km away from the town center, which offers a vibrant market and various shopping centers.
Guests have the option to rent the studio on a weekly basis or for a minimum of 2 nights. Please note that there is an adult tourist tax that must be paid on-site according to the current rates. Cleaning services are not included, and guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and household linen. A mandatory accommodation deposit of 300 is required per stay. Additionally, please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. To ensure cleanliness and safety, the studio is thoroughly disinfected between each rental.
