Come and experience the tranquility and charm of our beautiful countryside home in Lot-et-Garonne, located on the edge of Perigord Agen. Explore the stunning castles and houses, indulge in our exquisite gastronomy including foie gras, and savor the finest wines such as Duras and Buzet. Our spacious cottage comfortably accommodates 11 people, with an additional Annex Chalet for 2, fully equipped for your convenience. With a total capacity of 13 people, you can relax and unwind on our expansive 45m² terrace or take a dip in the panoramic above ground wooden pool (6.80 x 3.70 x 1.10), complete with a lounge area.

Our Gîte is approved by CLESVACANCES with a 3cls rating, ensuring a high standard of environment and amenities. Enjoy the luxury of a hydro massage shower in the bathroom, or pamper yourself with on-site "well-being" massages (additional charges apply). During the season, our prices are flexible and tailored to the number of occupants.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Embark on hiking or mountain biking adventures, or try your hand at fishing, golf, tennis, or horseback riding just 2km away. Explore the scenic Lot, d'Aiguillon, and Cahors on a boat trip or along the Garonne canal. Our region is renowned for its gourmet foie gras and exceptional wines, which can be sampled at the renowned cellars of Buzet, Duras, Bergerac, and Saint Emilon.

Visiting the captivating castles and country houses of Périgord-Agenais, as well as the enchanting caves, is highly recommended. Please note that final cleaning services are available at an additional cost, and a deposit is required upon arrival. Our cottage is open year-round, with prices varying according to the season and number of guests (excluding high season). Water and electricity are included in our prices, and bed linen and towels are available for rent upon request.

Magnifique maison confortable avec vue sur la campagne. Très grande terrasse avec une immense table où on peut manger en famille. Lieu idéal pour un séjour de détente avec piscine privée. Très agréable séjour avec le chant des oiseaux. Super endroit pour découvrir les environs. L'hôte est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.
