Description for Gite

"Welcome to Le Vieil Aiglun, a historic village dating back to the 16th century. Nestled high in the beautiful Haute Provence region at 2,540 ft, our charming gîtes offer breathtaking panoramic views of Provence, the Alps, and the Verdon area. Originally abandoned in the early 20th century, we have lovingly restored the remaining habitable buildings into comfortable and luxurious self-catering houses, awarded 3 and 4 stars.

Perfectly situated between Provence and the Alps, our tranquil location provides peace and serenity, while still being conveniently close to a nearby small town with all necessary amenities and dining options. We also offer our guests exclusive access to a large swimming pool (13 x 6 sqm) and a spacious garden, adorned with stunning views of the surrounding fields and an illuminated ancient Roman church at night. Relax in our garden with an abundance of chairs, armchairs, and hammocks, ideal for reading a book or simply taking in the magnificent panoramas.

Experience the allure of Le Vieil Aiglun and create lasting memories in this enchanting destination. We look forward to welcoming you!"
