Whether you are visiting for leisure or business, our location in the peaceful residential area of the 12th district, with its green surroundings and the soothing sound of cicadas, is sure to enchant you. Our newly renovated studio apartment offers a serene retreat, complete with a shaded terrace furnished for two or even three people. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a choice of a 160 or 2x80 bed, a cozy living room with a sofa that can also serve as a third bed, and a well-appointed bathroom. For your convenience, we provide a mini refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, tea, and coffee. You will also have access to our refreshing swimming pool and private parking.
