This cozy gite features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, gas, breakfast area, fridge freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. The kitchen is separated from the spacious living and dining room by a small bar.The dining room area offers a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a bed for two people. There is a TV and DVD player for entertainment.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed for two people, and an additional folding bed is provided for children or extra guests. There is a storage cupboard for your belongings.
The bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower with body jets, a shower, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a dry towel rack and a convenient WC and washbasin.

To reach the house from Thonon les Bains, head towards Vinzier and Bernex. When you reach Vinzier, you'll find the house just 50 meters away from the bar/tabac known as the Lazarette.
