This 4-star classified house offers a tranquil retreat with 70m2 of space spread over 2 levels, accommodating 2 to 6 people. It is conveniently located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. The vibrant town of Royan, casino, and thalasso center are only 3km away.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and dining area with a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, oven, and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160cm bed, a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a washbasin and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there is a charming attic mezzanine serving as a relaxation area with a sofa, organ, reading materials, and a baby chair. There are two additional bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and another half-attic bedroom with a 140cm bed. There is a separate toilet and bathroom on this floor as well. The house is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace with an insert.
