On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and dining area with a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator freezer, oven, and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160cm bed, a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a washbasin and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, there is a charming attic mezzanine serving as a relaxation area with a sofa, organ, reading materials, and a baby chair. There are two additional bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and another half-attic bedroom with a 140cm bed. There is a separate toilet and bathroom on this floor as well. The house is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace with an insert.
