In addition, there is a seating area furnished with a sofa bed (sleeps 140), 2 stools, table, and TNT television. Internet access is available through the "wifi access visitors function - Service hotspot network orange".

The dining area features a table and 6 chairs, while the bar area has a shelf and bar. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed (140), night table with electric alarm clock and bedside lamp, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and there is a toilet located within the bathroom.

Pets are welcome at no extra cost. Outside, there is access to the garden area with furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Free parking is available in the courtyard in front of the studio.
