This ground-floor studio has been renovated with eco-friendly materials, featuring beautiful floor tiles and lime plaster walls. The studio includes a comfortable queen-size bed, high-speed Wifi, and a large widescreen TV. The en-suite lavatory is equipped with a spacious shower.

The kitchenette is complete with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and an oven. Additionally, organic cotton towels and sheets are provided for your convenience.

The flat can accommodate up to 2 people and is available for rent at the following rates for 2012: €190 for a 2-night stay, €570 per week, and €1850 per month. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

If you are looking for a long-term rental, "Amiral Roussin" is available for an extended period. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
