Experience the serene beauty of the Livradois Regional Park and explore the picturesque gorges of the Allier River from the comfort of this charming old farmhouse. Nestled in a tranquil hamlet at the base of the Bourianne lava flow, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Although it is attached to the owner's residence, who also operates five hotels, it has a separate entrance to ensure your privacy.

The cottage features a cozy living room-kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a convenient WC. Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, along with a bathroom and another WC. With central heating, you can enjoy a comfortable stay throughout the year.

Outside, there is an unfenced yard with ample parking space, allowing you to easily explore the surrounding area. Relax and dine in the garden using the provided furniture and barbecue, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the countryside.

Gîte très propre, très agréable voire féerique avec ses illuminations de noël. les chambres sont grandes et agréables, le séjour et la cheminée sont parfaits. Des propriétaires disponibles et très sympa. On recommande.

L'accueil est formidable, nous avons bénéficié de très bon conseil, la décoration des salles chambre et de l'extérieur est fait avec beaucoup de goût, nous avons également très bien mangé (félicitation à la cuisinière qui fait tout elle-même, même le pain et l'apéritif)... Nous avons passé un excellent week-end au Chant de l'Ance. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner!!!
