We offer a twin-lodging accommodation that is perfect for two people (with the possibility to accommodate up to 4), located on the first floor of a charming holiday cottage made of clay. The lodging features a spacious room, a convenient kitchenette, a bathroom, a WC, a mezzanine, and a lovely garden. Pets are welcome to stay as well.

Situated on a lush and picturesque island, this lodging provides a tranquil retreat while still being conveniently close to amenities. You'll find shops just 200 meters away and can easily access them via a footpath. Additionally, there is a cinema and a bowling alley located 2km away.

For those looking to explore the surrounding area, this lodging is ideally located. Historic towns like Rennes and Bécherel are just a 10-minute drive away, offering a wealth of cultural and historical attractions. If you're in the mood for some coastal adventures, the beautiful seaside destinations of Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale, and even Mont Saint Michel are all within a 30-minute drive.

During the peak season of July and August, as well as during holidays, the lodging is available at a rate of 300 euros per week or 50 euros per night. Throughout the rest of the year, the weekly rate is 180 euros. If you're looking for a shorter stay, we offer a rate of 35 euros per night from Monday to Friday, and 45 euros per night for weekends and holidays. Bed sheets are included in the price.
